Pricing
All prices on Lustythreads.com are displayed in AUD. If you would like to convert this to other currencies, please use www.xe.com. The prices of our items are subject to change at any time, but we'll try to minimize this when possible.

Payment Options
Lustythreads.com accepts orders that are processed online using a credit card. We currently accept Visa & MasterCard although we may accept other cards in the future.

We also accept payments by direct deposit, bank cheque, money order through our fax and post order form. If you would like to find out our bank account details, please email us at admin@lustythreads.com.

For bank cheque and money orders, please fax or post a printed copy of your order with a bank cheque or money order to (we recommend using a registered form of post):

Purchases
For all purchases, payment must be made at the time of purchase with one of the following cards: Visa or MasterCard.

By using a credit card for your purchase, you assert and represent that you are the authorized cardholder of the card, bound by the terms and conditions of the card issuer, with full authority to create a binding contract for the sale.

Postage
All parcels are sent via Australia Post.

Regular Post Australia (3-5 days) - FREE
Express Post Australia (1-3 days) - $10.00
Overseas Regular Post (8-10 days) - FREE
Overseas Courier (5-8 days) - $20.00 + $5.00 per item

All delivery times are quoted in business days and are approximation only. These are from when the order is dispatched and not from when the order is placed.

Sales Tax
State and local sales taxes may be charged on purchases of taxable merchandise. As we have no control over these charges and no way to estimate what they will be, these charges are your responsibility.

Customs
We mark all packages as "swimwear" and list the approximate replacement cost of the items on the customs documentation. All customs and import duties are applied when your shipment reaches the destination, and, as we have no control over these charges and no way to estimate what they will be, these charges are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for details on how charges are applied in your locale.

After the sale - what happens next?

How and when are confirmations sent out?
Lustythreads.com order confirmations are sent out via e-mail, so you can be assured we've received your order. You will receive your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. You will receive your shipping confirmation once your package has been shipped from our premises. The shipping confirmation will include a tracking number if the carrier provides this service.

I didn't receive an order and/or shipping confirmation. What do I do?
If you have not received your order confirmation within 2 days of your order, please e-mail us at bikinishop@lustythreads.com. We will make every effort to respond within 1 business day regarding the status of your order.

Changing or cancelling an order
Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service to our customers, and we try to ship orders out as quickly as possible. This makes it extremely difficult to cancel or make changes to orders.

There is a good possibility that by the time you email a change or cancellation, your package could already be on its way to you! If you would like to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at bikinishop@lustythreads.com.

We will do everything possible to accommodate your needs.

Why was my order, backordered?
Why was my order backordered and when will it get here?

Our product availability policy is designed so that when we say an item is in stock, we mean it. In a few cases, however, we may take your order and find out that our inventory is not what we thought it was (i.e., an item was damaged or defective). In this case, we will notify you via e-mail that it is on backorder and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible at no additional charge. If you would like us to cancel the item, e-mail us. We will take care of it immediately.

How can I check the status of my order?
How can I check the status of my order or track my package?

If you would like to check on the status of your order or track your package(s) please email us at warehouse@lustythreads.com with details of your purchase (please forward the email confirmation that we sent you at the time of your purchase).

We will send you the details of when your order was shipped and its current status. If your shipment has not arrived within the specified time, please contact us and we will initiate a check on the status of your order with our courier company.

Returns Policy
We believe in the quality of our products and we will settle for nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction! We do however have the following guidlines that must be adhered to regarding returns.

You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased:

Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase
Are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement
Do not match the sample you were shown at the time of purchase
Do not do the job as you were led to believe

You are not entitled to a refund if you:

Simply change your mind or no longer want the goods
Realise you can't afford the goods
Found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere
Chose the wrong size or colour
Knew about the particular fault prior to purchase
Were responsible for causing the fault

Lustythreads.com must be notified of your intention to return goods within 7 business days from the date you receive the order.

All non faulty items must be un-worn and in as-new condition with the tags still attached.

If you are unsure whether you qualify for a return, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns Process
We are happy to accept your returns as long as they comply with our above mentioned Returns Policy. However, we do ask that you follow our Returns Process to ensure that all returns are handled effeciently.

Contact us for your Returns Authorisation Number - Your return will not be eligible for processing without it.
Include a copy of your invoice, a note detailing the reason for the return and your Returns Authorisation Number, with the items you are returning.
Wrap the package securely, and ship the package to the address indicated below. We recommend you use a trackable postal method as we cannot refund for returns lost in transit.
Wait for confirmation via email that we have received your return and for any instructions.

Lost your Packing Slip (receipt)?
If you do not have your invoice, please advise us before trying to return your item and we will email you another copy. A copy of your invoice must be included with the returned item as a part of the Returns Process.

It's Safe to Shop Online
